What I particularly like about this development is the choice between a compact, comfortable home of just over 112 m² and a considerably larger villa measuring almost 248 m².

Both options offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the difference in space creates very different possibilities for how the home can be used.

These properties could serve as a permanent residence throughout the year or as a place to escape to for several months annually.

I won't try to convince you that this location is right for everyone.

If your dream is to live in an apartment where you can step straight onto the seafront promenade within minutes, this is not the right address.

However, if you want to live close to Alicante while enjoying more space, greenery and tranquillity, the picture is quite different.

Bonalba also offers the advantage of being close to a golf course, while the residential complex itself has been designed with outdoor living in mind. The spacious terraces provide views of the surrounding area, the Mediterranean Sea and the golf course.

If you are looking for a home on the Costa Blanca with your own private space and a more peaceful setting, these villas are definitely worth viewing.
