My name is Jolanta Ławicka, and I am a licensed real estate agent in Spain. I specialise in the Costa Blanca (Alicante) region, with a strong focus on Villajoyosa, Altea, Cumbre del Sol, Jávea, and Ciudad Quesada.
I have been actively involved in the Spanish real estate market since 2019. My background comes from sales and business management, including running my own ventures, which allows me to approach every transaction strategically, securely, and efficiently.
